Add two smaller black ova|s and make a
tiny yellow ball shape for a nose.

cake and carefully place the flrework in
position. lt should overhang the edge of
the cake a littie but not too much or it
wi|l topple ofl Cut a length of breadstick
to length and carefu||y insert it into the
base of the firework, you can also use a
dab of buttercream to secure it against
the side ofthe cake.

3 Paint a |ight line of water around the
base of the flrework's red top and the
base of the firework itself knead and rolI

yHF l Dont overfill the centre ofthe cake
with buttercream or the weight of
the f'jrework cake sitting on the edge
of the cake will squash that side of
the cake down and make it look a bit
Iop-sided. lf you're concerned that
this will happen cut a thin cake card
down to size and place the firework
on top ofthat. Support it from
beneath with a cake dowel,

S-fiffi il lf you don't have a bake bean tin
shaped cake forthe f']rework, use
a circle cutter or temp|ate to cut a
small round cake out of a larger piece
of cake. A|ternatively, you could use
a stack of biscuits - anything that wil|
produce the right cylindrica| shape of
a f'irework,
